Cooper-Standard Automotive Announces Organizational Changes, Body & Chassis Systems Division
Novi, Mich., July 26, 2007 - Cooper-Standard Automotive has announced the following organizational changes in the Body & Chassis Systems Division, effective immediately.
Patrick Clark is promoted to director - Chrysler, VW & BMW business unit, and will be located in the Auburn Hills, Mich. facility, reporting to Lyle J. Otremba, vice president, global sales, marketing, and engineering. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech as well as a masters of business administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Clark has been with the company since 1994 and was most recently the director of cost estimating and responsible for the Asian/NAM business unit.
Steven J. Valentine is promoted to director - Asian/NAM business unit and will be located in the Novi, Mich. facility, reporting to Lyle J. Otremba, vice president, global sales, marketing, and engineering. He has a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University and a masters of science in manufacturing engineering from Purdue University. Valentine has been with the company since 2003 and was most recently the manager business development for the General Motors business unit.
Bryan J. McCann is promoted to the manager, business development role in the General Motors business unit, reporting to Steve Stoll, director, General Motors business unit. He as a diploma of engineering technology from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, and a bachelor of arts degree in commerce from the University of Western Ontario, also in London, Ontario. McCann joined the company in 1993 and most recently held the position of account manager in that business unit.
