Cooper-Standard Automotive Appoints Wischmeyer Controller, North America Fluid Systems Division

Novi, Mich., August 21, 2007 - Cooper-Standard Automotive has appointed Francisco Prado director, operations - Asia, for its International Fluid Systems Division.. Beginning in September 2007, he will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating plant and logistical operations throughout Asia. He will be headquartered in Kunshan, China, and will report directly to Joe Emmi, vice president and managing director – Asian Operations.

Most recently, Prado was director, commercial planning for the International Fluid Systems Division. Previously, he was business development manager in Coventry, United Kingdom. Prior to that, Prado was program manager in the United States after relocating as a quality manager at the Fluid Systems Division plant in Brazil.

Prado has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of São Paulo in Brazil, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
