Keeping our employees safe and preventing injuries is part of Cooper Standard’s core values and culture. Our new Total Safety Culture embraces the approach that all employees have a responsibility to work safely, recognize when unsafe conditions exist and do something about it.

Since its introduction in 2014, Cooper Standard’s Total Safety Culture has improved performance through the development of standardized safety tools and processes, new metrics and reporting, workplace improvements, regional initiatives, organizational engagement and other cultural changes.
