Cooper-Standard has spearheaded the development of brake, fuel, and integrated brake and fuel bundles: flexible or combined rigid/flexible lines, formed and assembled together as a system, ready for fast and cost-efficient installation in a vehicle. The processes are highly automated,
including assembly of the flexible fuel line extensions to the
main lines, and mating of brake and fuel lines, with clipping and bending in unison. Our fuel rail portfolio ranges from tubular designs that have unique noise dampaning techniques to our latest direct intention technologies.
