On July 3, 2018, Cooper Standard announced its agreement to acquire Lauren Manufacturing.

This exciting development provided many opportunities for customers to access the combined technology and material science capabilities of two leading manufacturers of innovative seals and components. 

The companies share a commitment to innovation and collaboration that will accelerate the delivery of new materials and products to a broad range of markets.

As part of this transition, Lauren Manufacturing is retiring its name and brand. However, Lauren customers can continue to expect high-quality, cost-effective components through Cooper Standard Industrial Specialty Group (ISG).
