eCoFlow™ Integrated Coolant Control Technology

Created in partnership with Saleri Group, the eCoFlow™ Switch Pump combines the features of both an electric water pump and electrically driven valve in a single integrated coolant control module. This scalable fluid control technology enables fluid flow switching, splitting and regulating to address the complex and evolving needs of glycol thermal management systems in hybrid and battery electric vehicles. While designed with electrified powertrains in mind, the Cooper Standard eCoFlow™ Switch Pump can also be integrated into existing internal combustion engine (ICE) systems where the need for a pump and valve exist.​

Simplifying Vehicle Thermal Management Systems​

The eCoFlow™ Switch Pump technology enables fluid flow switching, splitting, and metering in a single integrated light-weight thermoplastic coolant control module. Its scalable technology can be applied in small auxiliary pumps to larger system pumps allowing customers to simplify their vehicle thermal management systems and improve overall system efficiency and vehicle range. ​
