Employee Resource Groups
Cooper Standard is known as a leader in most of the markets we support but we know that who we are is much bigger than the products we make. Together, we have developed a strong team and culture that is defined by the values and capabilities we hold true.
An important element of our culture is Cooper Standard’s Employee Resource Groups. Our employees’ involvement with these groups provides a number of enriching opportunities including:
Community Connections: involvement with the community as an extension of the Cooper Standard Foundation through fundraising events, career talks, revitalization projects and more.
Networking: creating a greater sense of community through relationship building both locally and globally by meeting with colleagues from around the world and interacting with industry peers.
Leadership: in addition to collaborating with CS leadership from around the world, members often have opportunities to take a leadership roles within the groups and in key company initiatives, which helps drive career development.
Business Impact: our Employee Resource Groups help actively shape the Cooper Standard culture through programs and opportunities they offer employees, as well their support for recruiting/retention of diverse talent and ongoing employee development.
