In observance of Law 14,611 and Decree 11,795 of 2023, Cooper-Standard presents the Equal Payment reports issued by the Ministry of Labor, with the following remarks:
- These reports were issued after March 21, 2024 and are based on data for the year 2022. It is not clear yet the source of data or the criteria used for the classification of employees in different payment ranges. We are still analyzing the results to check for their accuracy, but we inform that:
- The statistical data presented by the Ministry of Labor does not reflect discriminatory practices between women and men that work in the same functions in our company.
- The reports only reflect differences among categories of employees or positions and not the same functions. For women and men that perform identical functions, Cooper-Standard adopts the same payment range.
